I have signed up a contract with Cell C at the beginning of June 2013 and only received the phone on 26 June 2013. I was told that my contract will be activated on 1 July 2013, However the contract was not activated on 1 July 2013 and after contacting the store many times telephonically i had to go into store to complain to the manager and have my contract activated. The contract was however only activated on 10 July 2013 and as a compensation the manager made an agreement with myself that he would give me a cover, however today is 17 October 2013 and after many phone calls and visits to the store I was given false promises and have still not received my cover. I am disgusted with the service and false promises I have received from the store and I would like to cancel my contract as I am not happy at all with the services and network.
