I wanted to switch to Cybersmart as their prices looked good as well as their technical offerings. First of all they moved my line but failed to indicate the correct line speed as what the exchange had to offer. Not a big deal if you are using data bundles but it would matter when using uncapped data packages. Also activating it before the given date, charging me for it accordingly. I decided to cancel, and had confirmation that the contract was cancel followed up by loads of emails. Promises were made and not kept. I think their admin is absolutely shocking and would definitely be a concern for any would be customer. Their technical offerings might be good but this scare actually denied me the oppertunity to experience it.
