The Call Centre just won't help me!

Firstly - 2 weeks ago I applied for an upgrade on my current contract, everytime I call the call centre to get a delivery date of my new phone, I get told that there is no stock and nothing more is known.
I am patiently waiting for something to happen... some day.
Secondly - Around the same time that I applied for this upgrade, I also applied for a new Tablet Data contract. The new Tablet was delivered last week Thursday, I called the call centre for the activation of the sim card and found out that a Top Up 100 Contract was loaded and activated instead of a Data Package. I have spoken to numerous call centre agents and all of them have been unwilling to assist with this correction.
I have been to a Cell C store and was told that they couldn't help me because I dealt with Cell C Direct.
I'm at the point where I do not know who to turn to as nobody is willing to help.
