Now that is what I call SERVICE!!!

I where due for an upgrade and where considering moving over to Cell C due to pass bad experience with MTN and for cost reasons. I've then saw a special that MTN had for the month for a Samsung phone and Samsung Note, but unfortunately no MTN store in Alberton or at The Glen had stock and they were not sure if they will get stock before the closing date of the special. I then were advised to by a Friend to contact Mr Douw Van Wyk, I've contacted Him and he advised me that there is very little stock left but He will see what He can do for me. On the end of the day Mr Douw Van Wyk arranged The Note from Rustinburg and the phone from another Branch and even delivered it at my office, now that is service you will not find every day. I would like to personally thank Mr Douw Van Wyk for going that extra Mile to help me; you have just regained my trust in MTN. Thank You.
