Well done Ruth! For the biggest BS ever!!! I do understand that I have four months left on my contract and am not able to cancel as yet.
The second part of my query was the SMS I received on the 27/02/13 about my contracting being "successfully upgraded". When I asked Ruth about this, she said she would investigate and get back to me. To my surprise she called back and informed me that there is no record of such a message that was sent to my number. She said "it might have been sent in error, the only activity on that date was the tariff plan that was changed. I NEVER changed the tariffs on this number.
Thankful that the contract was not upgraded in error, I over looked the tariff LIE.
To make situation even better, on the 30/03/13 I receive a SMS from my bank, you guys debited me R400. for??? I have a Control chat 150???
I'm deeply disappointed, you staff is incompetent and will feed you any to shut you up. I will advise everyone one I come in contact never make any dealings with cell c.
