I called the call centre to ask how do i get the 8ta more on my line, the agent repeated twice that it *180& & than option 1. i did it & recharged but my airtime wasn't doubled. i call the call centre back only to be told that i choosen the wrong tariff & i will not be able to change back... REALLLYYYYY! Now I am told I have to buy another sim card... 8ta have to be jocking really. Y am i the 1 to suffer while it their agent that gave me the wrong information.
