REPORTED A BROKEN TELEPHONE ROOTER TO NEOTEL.
THEY REFERED ME TO POSTNET AS THEY APPARENTLY KEEP ALL THEIR PRODUCTS IN STOCK.
AFTER VISITING SEVERAL POSTNET BRANCHES, THEY GAVE ME THE TELEPHONE NO OF NEOTEL
IN FOURWAYS.I PHONED THEM AND GAVE KAYLA THE PART NO. SHE ASSURED ME THAT THEY HAVE IT IN STOCK. I DROVE ALL THE WAY THERE JUST TO FIND OUT THEY HAVEN'T GOT THE PART.
SHE THEN PHONED DICKI, ONE OF THEIR TECH PEOPLE AND HE THEN PROMISSED TO SEND A
TECHNISIAN NOT LATER THAN THE FOLLOWING MORNING (TODAY).
NEEDLESS TO SAY NOTHING HAPENNED AND AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS, I EVENTUALLY GOT
HOLD OF HIM AND HE SAID HE WILL FOLLOW UP AND GOME BACK TO ME.UP TILL NOW NOTHING HAPPENED.
