I'm writing this on behalf of my friend, she is a pensioner and afrikaans speaking. A lady from telkom phoned her for an upgrade on her service, but se asked the lady to send everything in writing for her to decide seeing she could not understand her so clear. What happened next, her line was cut and when she went to telkom to query. She was requested to pay up or no service. She paid for the service used, but they want to force her for paying for something she did not requested she never asked for an upgrade or addisional service. Telkom are busy biting innocent people out, abusing the aged.
