Same problem never gets resolved

I have complained several times about Telkom's speed. They get a person to call me to say that they are working on the fault, then I get an sms stating that it has been fixed but in fact the problem still exists, I respond to the sms saying the fault is still present only to receive another sms stating that is has been resolved but nothing has been fixed.
