Good day,

Please help!!! After numerous telephone calls and faxing and emails my account is still not closed as asked. I do not know what to do!!! I have paid my account to the fullest and they just say they didn't receive anything. I send them copies of the original receipts.

I send this letter to RSC!!!

"I just want to email you to let you know that I after numerous telephone messages, fax the receipts and a letter through to your offices. I have the original proof of the receipts and of the faxes that I send on the 08 July 2013 at 10:02.

The next two faxes did go through on the 9 July 2013 at 11:05. As stated in the letter I send you, I expect a letter not later than the 15 July 2013, as the faxes stated that it did reach your offices.

As this matter is not resolved before the 15 July 2013 I have no other way as to present it to be resolved by Hellopeter.
