I have being trying to sort out my account with MTN for almost 2 months.
I have sent correspondence to Musa Twala. I have reported on Hello Peter. I have sent e-mails directly to MTN.
I have received e-mail correspondence from Barbara Mkhwanazi and Veronica saying they understand my frustration and the problem has been sent to the relevant departmments. No further feedback received.
Now account has been suspended. A payment was made- but a certain portion is under dispute.
I want an answer and will sort out account but nobody seems to be able to help.
What must a loyal MTN customer do to ge help???
