Shop closed before closing time & bad attitude

I arrived at the Clicks Mthatha Plaza branch at 17h50. The door was already closed with the security at the door from the inside. I enquired why they were closed before the displayed 18h00, but was ignored. I then called one of the emergency numbers at the door (No: 083 353 1751), the lady who answered said she was home already, I should ask the security to let me in. I told the security about the call I had just made, but he insisted that I should talk with someone from inside the shop. I asked him to call the Manager.

Mnoneleli Macanda came to the door and I asked why was the shop closed early? He said that there was an attempted in the shop and me being a male I pose even a higher risk, so he would not let me in. People were still roaming inside between the aisle, and I had a friend inside who dismissed the allegation made by Mnoneleli.

I told him they treat customers this badly because they are mainly rural customers. I have made most of my purchases from this Clicks and you can double check your records. I went to spend mymoney at Game Stores, 200m away which also closes at 18h00... interestingly! Thanks to this stupidity, I have lost precious points.
