Very rude and she doesn't care about the customers

I opened the lay bye account and on the 5th May I payed R400 towards the jacket I wanted. then on monday i went to collect the jacket and got to the store around 17H45 and the shop was already closed. i had a loo on the door and the closing time was 18H00 so i left thinking maybe they closed early to do stock counting of something of that nature. On Wednesday morning i called the 0123311152 which is the Markham Jakaranda tore number and i was told they close as 18H00 between monday and friday and also had a look on the website [URL Removed] I work in Centurion and stay in Wonderboom-South so i left work 17H00 on wednesday afternoon, rushing through traffic to get to the store before they close at 18H00. We managed to get to the store at 17H40 and the doors were closed so i knocked on the door and Winnie came to the doorm, she spoke to me without opening the door and i then told her to open the door as i couldnt hear, she only allowed me to enter andmy fiancee and other customers we left outside. i ten confronted her and she said they close the doors and 17H45 and dont allow custmers after that time. I really didnt appreciate the attidue and her rudeness
