Billed for something i have not received

I got me an Ipad mini last month.
It was a 2g bundle.
No one told me that if the 2gig is done that it will bill you for airtime.

So i get billed an extra R452.01. which is madness. Then i email and call in to put a lock on the Ipad. for R50.00 i called in now. 16/07/2013.- They say that i have been billed an amount over of R99.00.

Then i also get billed a R189.00 for Car charger - which i do not receive.

Please can someone help me out.
