Shoddy Customer Service!

I contacted Autopage on Saturday, 13 July at approx 9:15pm and spoke with Levaughan. I advised him that I had run out of the allocation on my data bundle and that I required a top-up of 10mb until today (16th) (An ad-hoc add-on so to say). To my DISGUST, I discovered that he had in actual fact de-activated my 300mb data bundle and replaced it with a 10mb bundle. I feel sorry for poor Ruth that I went off at as Levaughan was actually the person responsible. I am HIGHLY ANNOYED that Levaughan didn't listen to my request! If you listen to the recording of the conversation, you will discover that I NEVER said the word CANCEL! I have been a loyal autopage customer for 8 and a half years. I DO NOT expect to be treated like this! I find it unacceptable. A big thank you to Ruth for correcting her colleague's inefficiencies!
