I recently applied for another contract (Samsung S4 Mini) (2013/07/16). Charl informed me that he would get back to me regarding the approval of the deal. No response Tuesday, went back to Charl on Wednesday to get feedback. He responded that the contract had been approved and that the phone would arrive on Friday and that he would give me a call. Still no response on Friday, went back to Charl, He then informed me that the phone would arrive on Monday and that he would phone me on Monday. No call on Monday. Went down again! and ended up talking to someone else. This person informed me that the S4 mini would only be available in August. At no time did Charl mention that the phone would only be available in August. I left a message for Charl to contact me to resolve the questions that I obviously now had about the availability of the phone. No call on Monday. Went down yet again! Charl not available. I understand that the phone will only be available in August. I would have been happy if Charl had just let me know that the phone would only be available in August and kept me informed of the progress of my application. I just don't want to be charged for a phone I don't have.
