I can not view my Statements online, this has being going on for almost a month, I contacted Virgin mobiles call centre, they e-mailed me a statement and said that they would report it, but still not fixed, Last week I e-mailed [Email Removed] as per the note on the website to inform them and still nothing, not even a reply. I want this sorted out as I am sure that I am not the only customer who is experiencing this problem. and I would like a positive reply to my complaint.
