To whom it may concern.

On the 16th of June 2013 I booked my less than a year blackberry 9900 at the Pavilion Shopping Mall to a very helpful gentleman. The phone had just gone blank, would not switch on or charge. They took it to the repair centre and after following up I was told I would be given a refurbished phone. I received the phone and on the day of receipt, 04th of July 2013, I tried to charge it and switch it on but still it was not working, bare in mind this is now a refurbished device. The MTN at Cavendish Mall booked the phone in on the same day, again, as they also could not figure out what was wrong with it. A week later I was given a "refurbished device" which after 5 days I have discovered that it is ALSO FAULTY!!!

I find this absolutely unacceptable and appalling given that MTN prides itself to being the leading cellular network provider. Did I mention that I am on contract? And pay every month without fail for services that I was robbed off in the past weeks my phone was away.

I demand a new phone, NOT REFURBHISED, as these have proven to be nothing but disappointing hand me downs.
