I was promised feedback twice in the form of a mail, once on Friday while they waiting for the vetting department to get back to them and once on Monday when I phoned and asked for an update, I still have not received anything from them. I asked for a speedy process of my contract as I need the cellphone urgently and so far they have taken 2 full weeks just to process the claim.
