Poor service and time and money wasting

I lost a phone on 11/03/2013.We immediately reported this to MTN to block the phone and to the police. I then sent a claim to 24 hour mobility as I have insurance with them, to process the claim. I sent the email to the email address provided for on the claim form, on the 12/03/2012.This mail was read by Megan Hope (whom I believe is the manager/supervisor) thereof. I called the following day, 13/03/2013, to follow up if the docuemnts were received, and I was informed by the consultant (Pauline) that nothing shows on the system. I fowarded the mail to her who then sent it to Chanele. I followed up again, and was informed that the claim is in process, and they will contact me when it goes to the underwriter, no one ever contacted me. on Friday the 15ht, I followed up, and spoke to Raurk, and was told will be contacte before the end of that day. Still had not been contacted. I called again on Monday, and got the same story. Today, I called again on 086 123 8242, and spoke to Thulani (who was very rude), and was told there is no one to contact, and I must just wait, I asked to speak to Danika, the responsible person, but she was not available. It has been 2 weeks without a phone, and no help :(
