No phone 2 weeks after claim

Good day,

I wish to start by saying that Gillian Leputu who has been attending to my claim has been most helpful. My complaint is not about her service but the following:

1. The online claim functionality on the Website is useless. I entered my claim on the 3rd of Feb and received a reference of 263105. After 72 hours I phoned the insurance department only to be told that there is no trace of a claim on my account and that the insurance department does not have access to online claims and that the process doesn't work.

2. Gillian attended to my normal process claim very quickly on the 7th of Feb. I handed my phone in at Nashua Mobile, Somerset Mall on the same day.

As it is most probable that the earliest that I will be supplied with a new phone is Monday as today is Friday, I will have been without a phone for 2 weeks.
