Utterly disappointed and confused

I am still struggling with MTN. I was incorrectly billed for June and now July 2013. i have sent through all my invoices to webmaster querying them. i was overcharged R191.22 and only credited for R40. i was billed for 2 upgrade charges on my July invoice. How can MTN be so incompetent! i would appreciate that someone calls me. this is really unaccaptable. This has to got to be the worst service ever. I am simply in awe of how bad MTN's service has gotten.

Will someone please just help me fix this entire situation and restore my lost faith in MTN as a service provider. i am regretting having actually finally decided to upgrade!

i would appreciate a response from someone who can fix this please! can someone contact me via email, and i can send through all my documents that i sent through to webmaster who seem to be just as incompetent now as the staff who hang up on clients when you call 808
