IM NOT HAPPY WITH MTN SERVICE, BOUGHT A NEW CONTRACT AND SWAPPED MY PREPAID NO TO A CONTRACT, I WAS TOLD THE SIM CARD WOULD BE ACTIVE AFTER 2 HRS, UNTIL NOW ITS NOT ACTIVE, CALL CENTRE COULD NOT ASSIST I HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE WHERE I BOUGHT THE PHONE TO ACTIVATE THE SIM. TRIED TO GET THE NO FROM THE MALL RECEPTION THEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR CONTACTS AS THEY HAVE CELL NO'S, MANAGED TO GET THE NO FROM THE CALL CENTRE, NOW THE STORE IS CLOSED AND I'M 120KS FROM THE SORE. STUCK WITH A NEW PHONE THAT I CANT USE, I DONT NEED THIS?? HOW WILL I SEE IF THIS HANDSET IS NOT FAULTY, AND THE 7 DAY POLICY IS COUNTING NOW THAT THE HANDSET IS WITH ME???
