Every 2 years i look up to upgrade time as that means i will have to deal with incompetent people at nashua mobile. This year i really had an open mind and logged my upgrade request on their website. to my total astonishment i actually got a a call back a day later - that was a great start only a day later and i thought maybe they have changed in the past 2 years. unfortunately that is where my happiness ended. its now almost 2 weeks since i have done the "upgrade" and still i do not have my new phone as its out of stock. last week they told me that they would get stock but when i phoned this morning they could not tell me what is happening. now i understand that stock might be delayed, but if you tell a customer that you will keep him updated and do nothing - it really. Once again, like EVERY TIME i have to deal with nashua mobile it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Now why would i stay with them you would ask - they have a deal with FNB to give out ebucks - so i have to put up with this every two years for my ebucks - as for anyone else that does not have ebucks - stay away because they will just irritate you with their bad service!
