I went to vodacom for my upgrade the service was great. I transferred ownership to my name as the number was under my dads name and I was paying him my fee. I have a data bundle with vodacom which I started early this year. Then it was time for upgrade and I told the service consultant what packages I wanted and then got slapped with I don't qualify because I have not been a client of vodacom for longer that a year. I earn quite a lot and I find this unacceptable as contracts get given out to people who earn way less than me on specific contracts. As soon as August comes I will be moving to a competitor who will cater for my needs. I have told my dad to move as well due to this and will tell other family members and friends to do the same.
