MYTELNET IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

First of all I would not recommend MYTELNET to anyone, no one knows what is actually going on @ MYTELNET, from day one we experienced issues with their systems till today (installation was in march), their own field technician bad mouths them because everyone is clueless at the head office. I requested a cancellation and instead I was promised everything to be sorted, once again it was empty promises. Naturally I requested a cancellation again as they failed to deliver and all a received was attitude from Anez Maharaj. She also and used our Directors name on an email response. as for the sales rep, he did not explain everything in detail and is no where to be seen. this is the calibre of people operating MYTELNET. We have lost huge sum of money due to none working systems of MYTELNET .Once again I would like to say I will not recommend MYTELNET to anyone as they are honestly hopeless and can not deliver!
the only two people the were helpful were Cindy Naidoo And David Wihttingham, unfortunately they are wasting the skills and time with a company that can not deliver anything they promise
