ANGRY CLIENT!!!

Should you need to splash this all over Hellopeter for one to receive a call back from Vodacom.
The audacity of lawyers acting on behalf of Vodacom stating that I've been handed over for a bill paid ALMOST an ENTIRE YEAR ago.
An updated statement has been requested for my ID -from the "Lawyers", R35.00 needs to be paid before a client can receive a statement, and this seems to be a break down and not the actual statement.
No1 seems to know what is going on here. For lawyers to call a VODACOM client, one would expect that they have the MOST updated and relevant info before approaching a client.
This is going in circles. No1 can give any information, nor can one request a statement from Vodacom.
A default has been logged against my credit records for R1343.07 in Dec 2012, WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE as this was paid in July 2012.
After numerous calls being logged, not one vodacom Representative has given me a call back.
All you get when a client calls in is- abrupt, rude, arrogant consultants that ship you from pillar to post "Like we just don't care".

Should one take legal action to get some kind of response from Vodacom
