This is my 2nd complaint on Helo Peter, and I am hoping my last. I previously reported that I have no or very little cell reception at my home, that I would like to cancell my contracts with vodacom.. their reply was that they will phone me.. which they did.. to tell me someone else will phone me.. which never happened. I call them average once a week and every time I get the same reply... we will phone you back... and no one ever does. All i can do is come to the conclusion that each and everyone working at vodacom was taught one sentence.. we will phone you back and nothing more. Is it possible that a huge company like this has no one working there with more savvy than that??? How come if I ask for email addresses where i can complain no one can give me one. Do i have to speak to brain dead people all the time??? So now i have decide to not pay my bill anymore and we will meet in court... hahaha if anyone will show up???
