15weeks!!

So i order a BlackBerry Z10, it gets delivered 3months later theres a problem... took two week to be collected, 7weeks for repairs when recieved it had a refurbished sticker and still wasnt fixed... countless fone calls totaling 500bucks, im the one who has to pay couriers, and monthly for a fone that doesnt work... when contacted the had no report of the fone even arriving at thier warehouse!! now 4 weeks later no contact, no apologies and im still being debited for a faulty fone!! this is disgusting hope u ppl r ashamed!
