Sim Swap

I went to St Peters Square Observatory to perform a sim swop. I came in to a desk with a sleeping guy, where I had to tap on Mr Tariq Arend to wake him up! He told me to come back as they just got in the stock of the micro sims. I returned after 10 mins and there I had to come to a desk where he was laying on his arms again! Eventually he helped me and told me it will take 2 to 24 hours. It is now more than 48 hours so I phoned MTN customer service to find out what is going on. So it came out the sleeping Arend never even submitted it! So i returned today just as they closed up shop, tapping on the window to get the girls attention, she was looking at me as if I am a mad man. She first packed up her stuff and set the alarm and came out, where Tariq's partner told me the shop was closed. So i asked her for my forms that was submitted as the phone is on the companys name, and my letters is inside and i want to go to another branch. She just told me to come back tomorrow when Tariq is back, and as the alarm is set and she cant go in again which is BS! I told her I will take up the pathetic service with her manager where she gave me attitude and just walked off! PLEASE ASSIST!!!
