Terrible Service

1) I visited KFC on a Saturday evening just before 10 I was told that they were closed. after a brief argument with the security I pointed out that the operational hours says from 09:00 - 22 :00
The door was eventually opened. I was then told that the only chicken available was sprinkle pops & the other chicken was frozen.

2) On another occasion 20-07-2013 at 21:22 I went through the drive through at KFC Atlantis where there was one client waiting for his order. I patiently waited my turn until one of the staff shouted from the window that the drive through is closed. I walked up to the window and demanded that I be assisted as the trading hours displayed larger that life on the entrance said 09:00 - 22:00.
After a brief display of how unhappy I was with the service I was told that I could order but had to waiting inside the shop. (What is the point of a drive through if you still need to go and collect inside the shop?

This is the level of service that I have received at KFC Atlantis on numerous occasions & I think this is totally unacceptable

I have been a loyal client eating there at least 3 times per week

But after this experience I don't see myself visiting again.
