Very Rude Consultant

Eceived a notice of hand over in the post dated 10 October 2013 from Lancet.
I then immediately called them to find out what it was all about and spoke to a consultant called Adrian who was so rude.

He would not even listen to what I was trying to say and telling me how I would end up on ITC? I then asked to speak to his supervisor and he insisted his supervisor would not tell me anything different and then hung up on me.

First of all, i never received a statement from Lancet though they claim they sent it to me.
I would have never known that i owe Lancet money because I am on medical aid and the other claim relating to the treatment in question from the doctor were claimed from the medical aid.

In any event, I will sort myself out but please train your consultants to be polite, rudeness is unacceptable even when I owe you money..

On that note, I then spoke to Shanel who was very helpful and thank you for that Shanel.
