Porting to Telkom Mobile was a mistake!

On the 05/07/2013 (12:04 PM) two incidents were logged: Case numbers 6387727 & 6387725 refer. Five WORKING days have lapsed since these calls were logged with no courtesy of a response. Is it so difficult to resolve or is it just a lack of interest of just mere inadequacy? Your service is pathetic. Why have you not afforded me the courtesy of a reply??? Why have you not resolved these issues??? What do you suggest I do because dealing with your incompetance is not something that I'm keen on paying for.
