OBF sent in for repairs not replaced

I signed a contract with Cell C, in May. I ported from vodacom.
First issue
I was not told what info would be needed to port except an account number and ID.
we signed contracts and left with my brand new phone, Samsung galaxy S4
soon after i got a sms saying the port failed. invalid company number on my blackberry
i thought the sms was from a previous attempt at the store.
a week later no activation and a phonecall. the port failed we are going to try again. i told the lady the sms said invalid company number. she said then it must porting from a company, i will phone back with the details needed, never came back. went to the store a week later because i work. with a letter head.
2nd issue
after 4 days of officially being activated. i took the phone back my signal kept dropping saying out of service area. a lady played with some settings and promptly gave the phone back saying it is fixed. i left 1 day later same problem. i could only get back to the store after the 7th day. i went back demanding a new phone after i was told someone else had the same issue and was replaced. it is 20 working days since, they booked it in against my will saying its after 7 days.
