Poor service allround. Please cancel my cotract!

I have tried to cancel my 8ta data account twice, once in store and once telephonically. I am cancelling the account due to the inconstant data signals and poor speeds I'm getting. I am still getting charged! I'm fed up with you're poor service, please contact me or do what you need to do to terminate my contract!
Your service is poor - but I guess that's cause you are part of Telkom.
