Cell C owes me money!

My cell c contract ended 31 March 2013. I went to Cell C tygervalley on the 28th of Febr to fill in a form to cancel my contract (thus giving 1 month notice). On the 30th of April, an 600 sms bundle price together with my monthly installment went of my bank acc. I went to tygerv to sort it out. They said they person that helped me loaded the bundles and did not cancel my contract. End May, another installment went of my acc. Someone at cell c contacted me on the 4th of JUNE and said that R439.51 (the amount they owe me) will be paid into my acc within 2 weeks!!! Today it is the 2nd of July and I have not received a sent. This is getting ridiculous!!! Surely the reason I wanted to leave cell c in the 1st place - in the past also had to turn to hello peter with a cell c internet problem (internet stick). I want my money now!!!
