Not only did I have to supply my Rica docs 3x (they lost them all) but I e-mailed to Head office AND hand-delivered a hard copy to Musgrave Branch notice to terminate my contract & to port my number. When I returned to check a month later, they claimed that the employee who received it had left and there was no proof of my termination. I had to start again. The manager claimed he could not fix it as it was the employee's fault (he had resigned). I pointed out that the buck stopped with the manager. To no avail... he just does not understand how business works. DO NOT EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE. Really pathetic. My contract has ended and I have to wait yet another month to port as the manager cannot take my word for it that I DID deliver a hard copy (they do not file docs, he says) - so sorry, the guy who you delivered it to has left (despite the fact that he worked for me & represented my company, I cannot be held responsible). Really really PATHETIC! Unless they allow a member of the public to log their own data on their systems, how am I supposed to ensure that they do their job? Pathetic service. Avoid avoid avoid. You have been warned!
