I bought a Galaxy tablet protective cover from the CNA in Sandton on the 16th November it was perfectly fine until last week when i realised the one side was slightly loose at the bottom where you are able to pull the tablet out in order to use it stand up right functionality. I took it to the CNA and i was told i should provide my slip and would be given another one, on my return with a slip i was told it had to be returned to the supplier and would recieve feedback no later than the 19 Feb, i didnt recieve a call and ended up goin to the store to find out what was happeneing. I was told the lady who helped me was not in and they would assist and after waiting for 30min i was toldi must come back the next day as the manager was busy on a call. This is the worse service i have ever recieved, firstly the cover was R565 which is alot and secondly i am currently sitting with a tablet with no cover that cost alot. How can u wait for a week for a response concerning a cover that you bought in order to protect your tablet. What if it gets damaged before than. I bought a cover from CNA as they are a huge store and i expect to be assisted accordingly but instead i am let down. I am really gutte
