No feedback on damaged goods sent for repairs

I bought a lounge suite in October 2012 and in December I noticed that one of the chairs was faulty. this was reported and the supplier came to fetch it for repairs in January 2013. the chair was brought back in Feb and it was still faulty, and this was again sent back to the supplier. the chair was brought back in April with scratches. I notified the supplier and they came to fetch it back. I spoke to the manager about this and she promised me a replacement chair once they get new stock. I have been waiting for 6 months now and I have not had any response from them.
