NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, FAKE PROMISES

I currently have 7 Corporate Voice Contracts with Altech Autopage and have never been satisfied with there service but this is the final draw.
I consulted the Pavilion store last week Thursday for the following requests.
- Opening a new Cell C Contract Straight up 100 with 1GB @ R369pm
- 3 Sim Swaps
- Unsuspernsion of a line which was suspended because the cellphone got.
- Cancellation of a 2 Voice Contracts
- Twincall Activation Request
- Cancellation of an SMS Bundle
- Query of Data Charges of 0kb Usage but being charge R2, 37 throughout my bill amounting to /- R3800 rand
- INCORRECT Data Bundle charges of R149 for 500mb instead of R119 i should be charged.
- Contract Upgrade.
- S4 return
its been exactly one week since all the above had been requested with proper documentation.
After numerous frustrating calls, unreturned messages, fake/ empty promises and visits to the store AGAIN on Friday and Wednesday.
NOTHING OF THE ABOVE HAS BEEN PROPERLY FOR FILLED.
I am DISGUSTED with the level of Service i have received with Autopage!!
This is a HUGE corporate profitable account that you can Kiss Goodbye to with this Service.
