Account dispute and listed on ITC for account

Good day

i entered into promotion with telkom in 2011 to 2012 where customer would agree that telkom installs a modem at your house for three months then if didn't like it then they will stop it at end of three months and if wanted services would call them and advice that wanna continue with product then they will start billing you after that three months of promotion is over now i have been listed on ITC for amount i don't owe and need assistance that my name be cleared and pour services that we get.
