Highly unimpressed with the service and attitude

I recently took my cell phone in for repairs, took my Blackberry in for repairs, after waiting in a line for 20 minutes and the assistant realizes that my phones damage was not self inflicted, she takes it in and sends it into the repair centre and claims it was take 14-18 days. After 14 days i receive a phone call claiming the phone came back from repairs still broken so she would need to send it back for repairs. I took the phone in on the 28th and on the 19th of January I go into the same store enquiring about my cell phone as I had heard nothing, they tell me they will be giving me a new handset and it has been ready since that Monday the 14th, i ask why I was not notified of this and get told 'the sms lines are down.' Are you not a SMS/Phonecall service provider? Could you not have emailed me, phoned me? Smsed me? On top of that all I need a Blackberry specifically for Work/Personal and University- I pay a subscription fee for airtime and the use of this specific handset- should I not be offered a replacement phone, especially as the repair centre take their sweet time? The attitude of the woman who helped me both instances with disgusting. Very unimpressed.
