Hi
I was informed via SMS that the phone service in the area would be disrupted for a few days while the lines in the area were changed. However I have been without a phone since last Sunday.
My calls and visits into the telkom stores have been a total waste of time, each time I am assured that I will be contacted and notified of what is going on but to date nothing. I work from home and the phone is my lifeline. I have been using my cell phone and ipad, the costs involved are exhoribitant, to add to matters I see I'm also paying or a line and services I don't have.
Why is it taking so long to restore the phone services? And why does no one care? I am horribly disappointed in the shocking service I have received from Telkom
