No phones for 5 months

We live in a rural area in kwa Zulu natal. the telephone lines get constantly and telkom have refused to replace about 5 months ago. we have 4 phone lines, 2 business and 2 residential. to top it off, the cell phone signal is horrendous in the area. when ever we call customer services, they advise that they are looking at putting wireless phones, when we call to chase up, they advise that it is not available in the area. this is proving to be very frustrating for my business (which is on the property) as well as a Security risk due to lack of cell phone signal.

any advice will be much appreciated.
