No Pride?

Every time I go there and find the same result, but I never learn. MTN in the Boulevard (Centurion Mall) is always too busy to help. Never enough people behind the counter and queues going out the door. You see employees leaving the back office and go off for lunch/tea/smoke break and then you are still in the queue when they get back!
I have been a subscriber for MTN since my first pay-as-you-go and am very satisfied with the product. However, this specific branch just doesn't do it for me. I'd rather go out of my way to the Brooklyn Square branch than go to this branch on my doorstep.
Please people - get some help in there. Appoint more people, merge with the one downstairs and open a bigger store, just do something for our sanity.
