I HAVE HAD A HANDSET (BB-Z10) WHICH HAS NOW BEEN RETURNED TO MTN FOR THE FIFTH TIME DUE TO PROBLEMS EXPERIENCED AND NOW THE PAST MONTH THIS PARTICULAR HANDSET RAN UP A BILL OVER R 10 000.00 AND MTN SAYS IT'S DUE TO DATA / INTERNET USAGE. I HAVE 4 CONTRACTS ON ONE ACCOUNT AND MY MONTHLY CREDIT WAS R 3 300.00 FOR ALL... HOW COULD MTN ALLOW THIS AND NOT PICK UP THERE IS A PROBLEM??? MY REFERENCE NUMBER WITH MTN FOR THIS QUERY IS 101 607423 AND ALL I GET FROM THEM IS THAT THEY ARE INVESTIGATING THIS!!! I CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT IS IN FACT NOT DUE TO MY OWN USE!!!
