Unable to issue cancellation invoice/ Bad process

MTN is taking their time to send me a settlement or cancellation invoice, consultant keeps me holding for more than 20min so that she can speak to cancellation s department.

Now the cancellations department is unable to send me the cancellation fees so that i can pay and cancell my account with them, this is the worst service provider ever. They have no correct processes at all, why would it take them so long to issue a cancellation fee/invoice... i mean i want to cancel my account with them due to their bad service, now they staling the issue and i am not going to give up till i cancel my account with them..
