What has happened to SERVICE???

This is not the first time I've experienced bad service at this branch but today was just ridiculous. I understand that the employees must also have lunch but lunch times are also the only times that people can quickly go and do their shopping. I walked around for almost 20 minutes in the store and picked up sandals for me and my children, I then stood at the counter for what felt like ages. They have about 12 check-out points and not one person there. There were 2 standing around chatting and doing who knows what.

They spotted me, don't make a mistake but not one of them acknowledged or informed me that someone will come to assist me soon. I then dropped my items on the counter and walked out the shop, they saw me leave but not one asked me to stay so that they can assist me or apologized.

Where is the service, where is the sense of pride in your job?? With all the unemployment out there surely these in-efficient people and excuse my bluntness but "useless" people can be replaced with people who want to work.

I asked the security guard the name of the manager and I was told it is Zameka and she is in the back.

I wasted my time there and no apology is going to get that back
