No Network, No Service - Money making scheme!!!

After complaining numerous time about not having any network, they finally attempted to address the problem, however, the person calling with the solution became very rude when I refused to accept their "solution". Apparently the only way they can resolve the problem is to inspect my house and premises, because my walls might be too thick or a tree might "block" the network. I explained that the network problem is not JUST at my home but also other areas and starts on the way to my house. They told me its the only way they can help.

I requested that a superior person contact me with a proper solution, however, no guess, they failed to do even that. Now I am requesting that they release me from my contract so I can use a service provider that can actually give me a service, I am now paying for something I am not getting and Cell C is doing nothing about it. They told me that they can do that, but I will have to pay for the cancellation.

If that is service, then I don't know, I will definitely take this matter further. The personnel is rude, and the service is even worse! I regret ever renewing my contract, its from bad to worse.
