I called your Overport Branch to upgrade my contract. Prudence answered the call and gave me incorrect information. I questioned this information and she was very rude. She told me that its not her job to assist with this query and just slammed the phone. She could have simply transferred me to someone who could assist.
I called again to speak to the manager but Prudence answered the call again and was more rude and just slammed the phone.
I have had bad experiences before but this is the worst service ever.
Prudence is representing Telkom Mobile, Is this what your new service is about? Being Rude and Arrogant to your customers?
Before calling me to apologise, please ask your Regional Manager to call Prudence as a customer and tell her that you want to upgrade. I would love to hear of this experience.
If you are going to have people like this working at your stores, then I would not be interested in upgrading and would not give Telkom business.
